When do I pay for my personal Training sessions?
After your complimentary fitness assessment you will receive an email from our client relations manager with information on pricing, packaging, and your buildings discount code.

Where will my trainer meet me?
Your trainer will meet you in your building’s gym.

Where will my massage therapist meet me?
If your building has a massage room, your massage therapist will meet you there. If you do not have a massage room in your building your massage therapist will meet you in your unit.

When do I pay for my massage?
You must pay for your massage within 24 hours of your appointment.

Can I sign up for any Myfit classes?
You can only sign up for MyFit classes in your building. Please do not sign up for classes in buildings other than your own.

What is your Cancellation policy?

Massage:
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel before 24 hours you will receive a full refund. If you need to cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the massage and the remaining amount will stay as a credit on your account.

Personal Training, Nutrition Counseling, and Wellness Coaching:
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy if you cancel your appointment before 24 hours your session will stay on your account. If you cancel after the 24 hour appointment you will lose the session from your account.
